Most magnetic fields around us are at powerline frequencies - 50Hz in Europe, and 60Hz in North America. These fields also contain strong harmonics at multiples of the main frequency (60, 120, 180, 240 Hz, etc). By placing sharp and accurate notches at every frequency associated with powerlines, you now have the capability of measuring everything else. In other words, a field at 20, 40, 70, or 100 Hz will be measured, while 60, 120, 180 Hz, etc., will be ignored.
By comparing the total field strength with the field strength with powerlines ignored, you can know instantly whether a field is from powerline frequencies or another source. Measure the field from a DC motor, or the fields inside your car without worries of contamination from powerlines. A great tool for looking for transient fields not associated with powerlines!

Natural TriField Meter

The meter is sensitive to changes of as little as 0.5% of the strength of the Earth's magnetic field, and the tone will sound whether the field increases or decreases. After the meter detects an event, when the magnetic field then becomes stable for more than about five seconds, the tone will stop and the needle will return to zero. The meter will remain at rest until the field changes again. The threshold level (squelch level) of the tone is adjustable.
When the dial is set to ELECTRIC, the meter is sensitive to electric fields as weak as 3 V/m (volts per meter). Indoors, electric fields typically fluctuate 1 or 2 V/m. By setting the minimum sensitivity to change at 3 V/m, we have designed the meter to disregard this "background noise". A 3V/m field is so feeble that if a 10'x10'x10' room were filled with a field of this strength, it would contain the total amount of energy equivalent to that required to lift a single grain of table salt 1/50th of an inch.
The radio/microwave detector is sensitive from 100,000 to 2.5 billion oscillations per second (100 KHz to 2.5 GHz) and can detect strong or unusual atmospheric electrical activity. It can also detect leaky microwave ovens, cellular or portable phones, walkie-talkies and concealed surveillance bugs. Air flow: 400 cc/sec. Linear speed is 80 cm/sec through a polarization field of 2500 V/m and the system is designed to collect 60% of the ions in still air at this speed. A lower percentage is collected if air is forced faster than 80 cm/sec through the inlet slot, and a higher percentage than 60% is collected if a reverse air flow slows the air flow. This maintains the accuracy in windy conditions. It is within specified accuracy for air flow from 200 to 800 cc/sec.

TIF7000 Digital Thermometer/Pyrometer

Gold Box (Frank's Box)

Has a removable connection for the source input so anything can be plugged in for sound generation for experimenting, a lightweight RadioShack ABS plastic project box (with foam molding between the cover and base for sound dampening) was used to make the setup portable, also used dual microphone hearing amplifiers inside the box which serve the purpose of being highly sensitive and portable (light weight, low power consumption). The external speaker connection is also removable and can be split with a y jack to send to an external speaker and recording source. Quartz crystals were also used for all the baffling inside the box to try and enhance the EVP reception, with the theory being that crystals capture (vibrate) and enhance spirit communication.
